The Asia Pacific Poker Tour (APPT) Manila held at the Hyatt Hotel Casino Manila is a four day poker event from November 13th – 16th. The APPT Manila consists of one main event and several small tournaments and satellites. For the Main Event the Buy-in is PHP $2,350 (USD$2,350 approximately) with a 60 minute blind structure and 10,000 starting chips. The APPT Manila is an exciting event that most amateurs and semi professionals will find very enjoyable. The structure gives players the opportunity to be patient and not feel under pressure from the start. With two first days, keeping the number of players at 250 for each first day’s, and 10,000 starting chips, players can wait for strong hands during the first few levels so there is no need to make an early push and risk your stack.
