The Bellagio Festa al Lago poker tournament is an annual tournament held at The Bellagio Hotel casino in Las Vegas. Previously held in June and July, it was moved to October in 2004. The Bellagio is one of Las Vegas most elegant place to play poker and the Festa al Lago tournament is a high buy-in event that attracts many of the professional and big named players. The Bellagio Festa al Lago is a World Poker Tour event with a $15,000 buy-in.
The Bellagio usually holds daily satellite and super satellite poker tournaments beginning one day before the start of the Festa al Lago. For players looking for a high Buy-in event, this is an excellent choice. The tournament structures at the Bellagio make for a very enjoyable game with 90 minute blinds and a huge starting chip stack of 45,000 chips. Three starting days, day 1A, 1B & 1C each play five levels.
The tournament champion will receive a $25,000 + $500 entry for the WPT World Championship event, also held at the Bellagio Las Vegas.
